Fitting kit for composite race seat

Have a Caterham composite seat from a well known site to possibly replace my S3 leather driver's seat.

The fixing is going to be completely different and want it to be adjustable rather than fixed to floor.

Neither Caterham or Demon Tweeks have a fixing kit separately. What exactly do I need and where to source?  Perhaps I'll put an item in Wanted once I know the parts I really need.

Also, does anyone know how much lower I'll be vs the leather seats?  I'm hoping for at least 2cm.
