Comment: so much for "speed kills". "Policing for profit" is becoming more apparent.
Speed or Greed.
I once read that Bill Gates said, “Treatment without prevention is simply unsustainable.” While I imagine he was talking about disease, this statement rings true across a broad spectrum of topics, including road safety. Speed traps are not prevention, they are (money) traps. Indeed they are not a cure either, but that's a different thread.
