I dislike email. (Loaded with malware and spam etcetc)
I like i.m. ( but do not feel the need to instantly reply, as I always say it is instant messaging, not instant replying.
Interested in the thoughts of others about this.
I shift all contacts away from email wherever possible. Not least of course GDPR demands security in business, so why not for everyone methinks.
