Powerspeed (Ashurst, Kent) used to be the guys for k-series stainless 4-2-1 in the past, looks like they may be FastRoadConversions now. There were a good number of bulk buys through Blatchat, so a lot of happy customers. They had a jig, for both S3 and SV, so didn't need the car to build the exhaust, made them both with and without cat, also did a fitting service if you wanted.
I had one on my Superlight, was a very nice piece of kit and made a discernible difference to the midrange. May be worth contacting them to see if they still have the jig and are able to make them, they were always open to multiple purchase discounts.
Another for Powerspeed - I have one on my Superlight R (purchased from Graham King's brother) and it looks the part & performs well. Sounds fantastic, but it also passed the static noise test at Abingdon, so would appear to be trackday noise compliant too!
If you have no luck with a used one then Mike Edwards in Wisbech can make you a stunning one with correctly merged collectors.

Like Arun1uk I am also looking for a good used set up for EU3 1.8 Xpower with cat- hens teeth I know
Thanks
Ask Mike is he can do a deal on a pair... ? he may even have a jig already
Thanks-I will contact Mike to get a price, although really after used- I like the look over the single pipe job and not necessary any power increase.
Would be interested in a manifold as above, for an SV, ideally to connect to existing pipe/silencer/cat, having shortened the pipe!
Ah, I thought as much.....fingers crossed there'll be someone with something available.
Will give a few companies a call and come back with the findings.
Hope you're all safe and enjoying the weather!
Following!
I'm also looking for exhaust manifold.
