Trio of Events. New Forest 7’s

Hi Guys

Anyone going to the above event in July. ?? Seems like a great week- end, starting with Poole Quay on Friday 19th July, then Saturday at Bucklers Hard in the New Forest, then on the Sunday, 21st, Sherborne Castle. Looks like a fun packed week-end with lots of ‘Blats’ in between.

My wife and I have found a great Pub/Restaurant called The Pilgrim Hythe Rd. Marchwood, Nr. Southampton. SO40 4WV, and is right on the edge of The New Forest. Certainly in the right area for Saturdays meet at Bucklers Hard, and a 50 mile Blat to Sherborne on the Sunday.

Anyone else going ?

I'll be heading down from Guildford to Bucklers Hard on the Saturday.

This should be a brilliant weekend.  Bucklers Hard s a fantastic place if you have never been before and the Beaulieu River is very picturesque and unspoilt.  We are hoping to top the 67 cars from the last event and with the time of year we are hoping the weather gods will be kind again.  If you can do all 3 events you will have chance to drive some lovely roads up to Sherborne.

There are plenty of places to stay around the New Forest, some stayed at the RNLI in Poole for the last Bucklers meet but if you need help with somewhere to stay then get in touch and I will try to help.
