I thought `Those magnificent men in their flying machines`` was great as well....and then I read the book `Contact` by Henry Villard which is the mind bending TRUE story of early flight and makes the film look quite tame.....great read if you are into (low) flying Yikes

Yes, a wonderful, warm-hearted film, which I watch from time to time as it's on my Humax, with strict instructions to Mrs V: DO NOT DELETE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  

...The One Pin at Hedgerley...

That was a regular watering hole of mine when I worked in Slough.

Another great film Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines, missed it recently, haven't seen it since I was a lad. Classic quality films with a story for a change.
