How about you?
Choose whatever service you care to think of.
Do you want cheap, loaded with self service, or do you want quality, peace of mind, immediate informed response and problem fixed? Or at the least the problem owned and followed to fix by the same person.
I own a Seven (a complex machine) and I like to enjoy the escape from the world of cheap. Away from interminable webpages of instructions. Hours of music on hold. I like it (the problem) fixed, now, with an infirmed, skilled friendly "no problem" smile. No "teams" that have to "escalate" if I take them "off script". As regards my car I like fixing it myself.
Am I alone? I don't think so.
