As an AR I know I received my LA Admin sign on info from you a few weeks ago. I've double checked my personal email account against which my membership has always been logged, and I do not see any fresh sign on info.

....or are they one and the same?

....or have I missed an email somewhere?

....or will I receive the info just prior membership expiry?

the personal and role based accounts are seperate logins.

I’ve received a couple of direct queries about members wanting to set up a Preauthorisation for Direct Debits on the system before there membership is due.

Any member can set up a preauthorisation for payment even if a payment request is not live.

You  just need to go to Payments,

Tick “Pre-authorise future payments

Tick” Pay by Direct Debit” or “Pay by Card

Click confirm and you can then enter the relevant payment details which would be used for any future membership renewal or payment request for purchases.

Hi Chris

RE: Merchandise - Bulk Buy - Softshell jackets, is it possible to view the details of my recent order for two softshell jackets?  I can log into my account ok but all it shows is that I have no outstanding amounts payable.  I received an email stating that payment would be taken from my account by direct debit so payment isn't a problem, I just wanted to check and confirm my order details i.e. that the sizes and colour are correct, is this possible if so how?

I thought that you could see the order details in the profile account, however it only includes the payment status.

We will be changing the confirmation emails for future orders to include more details.I'll liaise with Stephen and send an email out with the order settings for confirmation.

I've spoken to Stephen, I will be sending a system email out to everyone who has ordered on Wednesday night detailing what they have ordered. If there is any changes required then this can be adjusted before the bulk buy closes by contacting Stephen.

Chris,got home on sat.we have both Sheila and I had a go a composing and sending out an email to my group and all we get back is the  email in my AR's  account.

We spoke to another group member who confirmed that he has not received anything.

Where do we go now??

This is doing my head in.
