assuming that everyone in the area is selected, when you have composed the email there are two options
"Send Test Email" which only goes to your own email address so you can see how it is going to be received.
"Send or Schedule"
If you select the "Send or Schedule",
Select "Send to ALL", "Once", "Now", then click Finish it will go to all in the list.

I have a strange email from the club admin system addressed to null-62. Is this normal or has something been badly configured or hacked?
Alan, can you forward it onto me. there were a number of old forum accounts with Null names which I've disabled as part of some housekeeping.
I have just purchased a brolly from Merchandise and before doing so I logged into my Love Admin account. Despite being logged in I was still asked to log in again in order to complete the transaction. I have bought previous items so tried to log in with my new Love Admin password again but it was rejected. I tried again using my previous password (prior to Love Admin), but that was rejected also. So as a last resort I entered my previous password and that worked with all the correct details except for the email address which was an old defunct one but I was able to change it to my present email address.
The transaction has gone through ok but I doubt if it has been recorded in my Love Admin account. Should I just set up a new account in the Merchandise shop using my new Love Admin password? It's not a major problem, just a bit confusing.
The Merchandise on-line shop is operated on our behalf by an outside contractor, who customises the product, holds our stock, takes and despatches orders. This was set up by my predecessor, so about seven years ago.
The change to the LoveAdmin system took no account of this external site, I'm sorry. There would need to be some middleware, probably.
Of one thing I can assure you, I have no intention to change the present set-up. Any change would involve finding somewhere and someone to replicate the current system.
I'm sorry that there is inconvenience in having more than one account.
Maybe there is another solution but this new (to us) LoveAdmin system needs to be proven fully first.

Ok, I didn't realise the shop was separate, thanks for the explanation. I agree about having the same password so I will update my shop password to the same as site / LA password to avoid confusing by brain cell in future :)
