Since 1st January 2020 you now need a Motorsport UK RS Clubman to take part in virtually any form of motoring event, so you as an individual licence holder are signing up DIRECTLY to be bound by these policies, irrespective of anything put out by The Seven Club Ltd.

I find it slightly ironic that as a club we are affiliated to a motorsport organisation and have to abide by their rules but there is a belief there are too many sprinters in the MT (sorry, were in the MT as everyone has been dismissed)

MUK (wasMSA) has an excellent array of rules and regs and policies.

Very interesting reading. also +1  to JK across it all. Me too. Very professional.

I don't quite see what you're trying to say there, other than perhaps an attempt at a very tenuous link, or a desire to provoke another argument.

But as you've raised it, it makes you wonder why 98% of Club members are affected by MSUK rules, when other Clubs seem to manage to run competition motorsport by having that element separated from the rest of their Club activities so there is no impact. Maybe we haven't separated it because of historical imbalances on the MT?

Unless you were intending to be "threatening, abusive, indecent or insulting" what is the actual problem here?  How exactly is this adversely affecting other club members?

"How exactly is this adversely affecting other club members?" It doesn't, as 98% of members aren't involved in competitive motorsport for the club so aren't affected by the MSUK rules referred to here (contrary to the OP's assertion).

You were complaining about exactly that in post 16

"it makes you wonder why 98% of Club members are affected by MSUK rules"

then immediately after saying that it doesn't affect other members

"It doesn't, as 98% of members aren't involved in competitive motorsport for the club so aren't affected by the MSUK rules"

Make your mind up won't you.

Taken in context, my first comment you quoted was referring to some MSUK 'rules ' (eg 12+ car blats) that are (often mis-) applied to 98% of club members when they need not be. The second quote specifically refers to the MSUK 'rules' that this thread was referencing, which again are purported by the OP to apply to all Club Members when they do not.

I haven't taken it out of context as you didn't make that distinction.  It does appear that you're using every opportunity to complain about sprinting here.
