Once Royal, always royal..

Seems to me a blood line Royal is a matter of fact (often defined by murderous method through history), and not something that can be "removed".

or is that just me?

But is it a matter of fact?

But either way it's a wonderful story of British generosity - taking in a Guardsman's love child, treating him as part of the family and giving him every opportunity possible. Accusations of nepotism are harsh - it was only a dispensation from Granny to be unshaven in uniform.

About time the whole thing was 'removed' and consigned to the dustbin where it belongs - feudal claptrap
