Not sure why you need a 1500kg towing capacity.....

675kg for the car and circa 300kg for a twin axle trailer,

Set of 4 good straps such as these UK made ones and your away

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Recovery-Ratchet-HI-VIZABILITY-GREEN-Alloy-Wheel-Safety-Straps-Trailer-5ton/172430026204

maybe a long nose cover form SB47's too......

Hitch height yes as this really affect how the trailer behaves - most hire trailers are set with the hitch height to suit 4x4 !

nose weight easy to set on level ground with bathroom scales, for added security you could add a bulldog damper on the trailer

Based on experience, we had an Audi Q5 diesel which was constantly suffering DPF fault codes.  The dealer explanation was simply that the car was doing too many short journeys. Typically 3miles to work a day.  Assuming the dealer was right and given the fact I know others that have add similar complaints I'm basing my comment on that.

Re #14:

Yes indeed, frequent short journeys are not good news for diesels fitted with a DPF, so I'd say the dealer was spot on.

BJ Minno Shuttle weighs 580kgs. Say 675kgs for 7. Total weight 1255kgs.

BJ Minno weighs 375kgs. Say 675kgs for 7. Total weight 1050kgs.

When choosing a tow car do make sure it's is type approved for towing e.g. Skoda Kodiaq with manual gearbox isn't but DSG gearbox version is.

Also if diesel and an older design it may have adblu tank fitted which physically prevents tow bracket fitment. I know this to be true of some BMWs.

BMW 330i has torque of 400nm (295lb.ft) which is exactly the same as my Skoda and it has plenty of power to tow my big caravan. With my 7 on my BJ Minno you hardly notice it.

can't comment on a 620, only my R500K, plus camping gear, plus tools (circa one tonne), plus five spare wheels and any other junk I throw in, travel luggage, so 1500 happens to be a nice round number and my car has that as it's towing weight, so I hope not to get too close, last checked all up somewhere in Norway and that 13 something rings a bell.. seems odd, ah, I guess the 620 weighs a bit more so all is well. Gross train weight might bother me (meaning requires attention) if using some sort of truck/SUV (also packed for touring of course), 3500kg I think is the limit there.

Someone commented on one inch problem with the hitch height, I had to change mine by 50mm (2"?) to get the hitch weight  (75kg?) and axle loads right. Seemed odd to have to, but there it was.

Sorry about being a bit vague but it has been some years since I worked all this out and tested it all, so now I just carry on knowing I am within parameters packed and loaded as I do.

edit: double axle, unless local UK stuff I'd never want anything else, having had wheels come off (sheered not unbolted) and other exciting things.

I pull a minno shuttle with my F31 320i auto. It's absolutely fine, and plenty powerful enough.
