Unbelievable!

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-52810220

You know, it's really not hard to understand how witch hunts of the past occurred when there are some people so stupid and gullible that they will literally believe anything they are told without a shred of evidence to back it up.

I sometimes wonder if there are still two human species alive on the planet today; they may look the same, but one is capable of logical deduction from observable evidence - and the other isn't.

Roger, the best, most entertaining post of the day! Bravo.

And

Through a process of quantum oscillation, the 5GBioShield USB key balances and re-harmonises the disturbing frequencies arising from the electric fog induced by devices

I wish I had thought of that!   Rofl

P.S. yes, I do know about EM & RF interference and issues in electronic equipment.

It beggars belief that in today's techno/digital/modern world we appear to be completely useless at putting a rapid stop to such potentially dangerous garbage. Wouldn't it be helpful if 'the powers that be' put together a powerful task force to look at these types of problems and also task it with proposing possible solutions? A bit like they did with the ventilator issue!

The only thought that I can add to this is - if the vendors of the item are doing this just to see how gullible some people are, just for a joke, then I can "sort of" understand what they're doing.

If that's the case, it rather reminds me of a site selling homeopathic remedies some years ago. The claims were patently ludicrous and if you read between the lines it was clear that they were actually telling you it was all bullsh!t. However, if you were determined to be taken in, they would actually take your money and send you some of their "medicine". My favourite testimonial was, "I bought this for a persistent cold; your product was so effective that I got better before it even arrived".

I wish I could find that website again.

It probably got diluted so much it's invisible now.

Remember the fake bomb detector case.?  https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-29459896

Just looking at the apparatus on TV started alarm bells.

Geoff, I remember that.  It was astonishing and disappointing how long it took to get those crooks out of the market.
