SWMBO is off to have a knee replaced next week and a bit of bike exercise has been recommended for rehabilitation. Just an adjustable resistance roller to suit 26" or 700c wheelsI'll dig out make / model tomorrow. IIRC it cost about £110 new. So prob looking for 20. Its quite heavy and in LE9 6. Wrightpayne Posted January 22, 2021 Share Posted January 22, 2021 Forgot to say the resistance is adjustable via the turn-dial (linked via a cable to the roller) so you use a combination of the bikes gears and setting the resistance to get the desired load.
