Ivaan
I'd check the centres between the fixing points too. There's a few different sizes out there to fit various types / ages of roll over bar. They are great bits of kit.
Ralph45
Great looking idea who manufactures them and where did you get it from?
DaveMorris
Clive - a good point you make there . . . .Robert - I would advise getting internal diameter of the top bar clamps from RBW, also the i.d. of the drop-leg clamps and distance apart of the drop- leg clamps. As Clive says there are many variations of roll bar, roll cage out there and I am sure that RBW would not want to sell to you, nor you want to buy a rack that didn't fit your car.Ralph - I had a couple of batches made a number of years ago (probably 30/40 or so in total). Pain in the ass due to all variations and I have no plans to make any more. £30 is significantly less than it cost to manufacture.Dave.
Ralph45
Dave, that is a brilliant piece of kit,it's a shame that you or someone else doesn't take up where you left off, although I completely understand the pita reference with so many variables.do your design drawings not have a marketable value with so many nich companies about, ie sbfs etc.just a thought?Ralph
