Andrew Willcox
Does anyone have a K Series oil filter adaptor sitting on the shelf or on an oldengine?Investigating issues with the Oil Pressure sensor and the thread in the adaptor does not look good and considering the failure mode I don't really want to put it back together without sorting.Helicoil an option, but a replacement adaptor would be a better fix if I can find one. Thanks! garybee
Probably one in my garage. Can you post a picture of yours so we can make sure we're talking about the same part?
Andrew Willcox
Not sure how to post a picture, but this link shows the standard k series adaptor. https://www.advancedfactors.co.uk/18k-oil-filter--adaptor-11579-c.aspI think it is a standard k series part with the oil temp port blanked off. Thanks
