Tory Leadership contenders

Can you name them all?

It is acceptable to fail on the last one as that is somewhat more difficult to answer Wink

I don't see the image directly - odd that so here it is in a different file format.

In order:

  • Boris Johnson
  • Michael Gove
  • David Davies (the one who apparently couldn't be a**ed to fly to Brussels very often)
  • A minister resigned?  Damien Green lied about allegedly "inapropriate" images and resigned. I don't think Dominic Raab lied to Parliament but he certainly resigned.
  • Several contenders here but probably refers to Esther McVey
  • the moggster
  • Jeremy Hunt (rhyming slang)
  • Gavin Williamson (aka Private Pike apparently)
  • Andrea Loathsome
  • Failing Grayling
  • the outsider who has a chance is David Gauke (quiet, safe, generally loyal - shades of grey John Major?)

Wasn't it Raab as newly appointed Brexit secretary who didn't appreciate the importance of Dover?

Not sure why the image did not show up, it is just a link to a twitter image.

I think the resign and not resign for misleading parliament are Liz Truss and Esther McVey

Amber Rudd resigned for lying to Parliament and it subsequently became known that she'd been lied to by her own civil servants. As a result of which she is back in the Cabinet.

What is amazing is that that lot are miles ahead in the opinion polls. Correction - would be amazing if there was a credible opposition party.

She may well have done so, but she was done like a kipper because the "hostile environment" was the creation and implementation of a certain Theresa May during her extended term of office as Home Secretary.

Yes, it was. Did I miss him?

I certainly missed the immigration question.

Odd, works in the firefox versions I tried. Though they may not be completely up to date.

Apparently a large group of labour MPs and Lords met tonight - are we about to see a new party form?
