Merry Christmas & Looking forward to a Great New Year.

So Christmas is getting closer, Motorsport UK have signed off the Regulations for both Curborough rounds and the Championship, and these are now available on the championship calendar

Entries will open at some point on the 1st January 2020, after I've clambered out of bed.

So if you have or have not competed previously why not make a new years resolution to take part this year, and you can get part way to full filling your resolutions on the 1st Jan.

Hope you all have a Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year, and i'll see you all in the next decade....

Thanks, Chris.

If I'm reading the new regulations correctly, it looks like anything goes for a 1.6 K Series engine in 2020, as long as the output is no more than 155 BHP?

I was just wondering about the likelihood of the previous ECU, throttle body, head, valve etc restrictions being re-introduced? Or does your crystal ball suggest the 1.6 K Series engine specification used to achieve 155 BHP will remain open for the foreseeable future?

Happy New Year to All!

Ian,

it has been long the understanding that changes to regulations in future years would not exclude competitors from previous years.

The whole point is simplification, and to maintain close competition.

As discussed previously if anyone is abusing the classes by breaching the limits then we would be talking to them about which class they will be moving to.........
