BDR Ride Heights - SORTED

That depends on which tyres you're on.

I would initially aim for horisontal lower wishbones at the front and then around two cm rake measured under the chassis where the rear "leg" of the wishbone enters the chassis and at the front edge of the rear wing.

RJ, thanks for your suggestion, perhaps I should have clarified something, I have had a number of 7s, and have been setting them up for a few years, my question was specifically focused on early cars ( the BD is 28 years old) and wondered if there was any specific narrow track/trunnion initial set up info or experience available. The car will be used principally on 13s , and occasionally on 14s,

Thanks Ian, much appreciated, very helpful.  Also raises the issue of Castor, seeing as the figures on the diagram seems to suggest it's adjustable, on my other car I set it to the standard 2,2,2 washers but with the BD, the wishbone set up is different. I'll do a bit of digging.

And RJ, thanks, it was just me not being too clear in the initial post.

Alan
