Brightonuk
I am trying to install the Handbrake and cannot figure out how to run it through the mounting points I am assuming the rubber grommets sit in the mounting two mounting brackets but where does the cable fit in the outer casing is to large to fit into the gapDoes the yellow plastic piece (circled) sit in the mount and should it have a retaining clip to hold it in? and the white adjuster (circled) sit in the other side?If so I still do not see how to fit the two rubber grommets in. Thanks for any guidance here

Brightonuk
Hi Johnathan yes (thanks to you M8) but it does not clarify how the cable sits into the mounting brackets just says route through the brackets. It would seem the yellow plastic piece does slot into the bracket and should have a retaining Hose Clip clip.I am off to the auto p[arts store to see if I can get one, the other side I am sure the white adjuster sits in the mount but I do not see a way to secure it. Area Representative Richard Price Posted June 23, 2018 Area Representative Share Posted June 23, 2018 'no need for a clip. The tension on the cable keeps it in place.
