adrian.britnell Posted May 29, 2017 Share Posted May 29, 2017 Hi All Whilst draining the oil from my CSR I have noticed some very fine metal partials, they are not ferrous and I cannot see any copper bearing material ( I need to have a closer look with a magnifying glass ) .......... any clues of what it may be, do 2.3 Duratec's have any know issues with tight tolerance's .... timing chain rubbing for example ? Also any recommendations for engine builders ( I am based in Bucks ) if I find a re build is required ( don't currently have the time to do it my self ) Any advise appreciatedp.s .... i am careful with the oil level and the car is mainly used on the road Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
