K7 VCT
Think a Momo model 12 is the one people have if going for flat bottom type.

Wrightpayne
Have you got a lowered floor? I'm 6'1" in an S3 with S type seats and the lowered floor made more room between knee and wheel (now a 280mm model 26) but also opened up the foot well meaning I can get my clutch foot in a resting position. ScottR400D
I have a 270mm model 29 and a 280mm model 26. 29 is flat top and bottom. Both are fine getting in and out, the flat top on the 29 makes it easier to see shift lights.
Benton
Used a Momo Mod27 270mm on my old car for a while. TBH I only bought it because I saw it on Ebay half price and thought I'd give it a go, as at the time I also had a flat bottom wheel on another car. For road use I personally found it less than ideal when having to turn the wheel significantly, having to adjust your grip positions on the wheel etc. and certainly noticeable when parking, and therefore eventually reverted back to a "standard" wheel
Wrightpayne
I thought the split steering wheels were an MOT failure

Drumster
This SPA 255mm D-shaped suede wheel works well for me. Tillet seat, 5'8" and standard floor. Can be seen in action

Benton
In light of this thread, plus it being more appealing than cleaning my tin top this afternoon , I decided to swap to my Momo Mod27 270mm (only if temporarily) as I haven't tried it in this car to date and thought it and I deserved another chance. In case anyone's interested, my rough measurements show an extra 25mm "thigh/leg" clearance available using a "flat" over a standard round 270mm wheel.
