CtrMint
Hi All,I need to drill either new holes for new rivets or drill existing rivets out for the oil catch tank located forward near side. The question I have however is how do you get a drill between the chassis top cross members and drill straight. I only have a smallish Dewalt cordless drill and its fairly small but there seems no way I can fit the drill in there between the chassis tubes.I've got to be missing something here,???? aerobod - near CYYC
A right-angle drill attachment is probably what you need: https://www.amazon.co.uk/slp/right-angle-drill-attachment/zbz9eyg632kw97f

ECR
and if neccesary, use a stub drill (shorter than standard). (try ebay)

ChrisC
I remember that bit of my build. I used a right angle air drill. I purchased it a few years ago when i needed to drill out a seat cap head bolt from under the car, been a very useful tool since.
