Grass pavers

I have a single drive and thinking about getting grass pavers. Anyone any experience with putting these down? Or any tips.

 

Putting them part of the garden and placing the turf back on top again.

Google "Bodpave" and you'll get plenty of info.

I'd say they're okay as a temporary answer, but if used regularly, the wheel tracks will just become a muddy mess, particularly in the winter .

Usually, strip of the turf, lay the paviours on a sharpe sand or gravel bed, then infill with fine topsoil and seed. Don't relay the turf over them. Better to lay them on some geo-fabric ( Terram ), infill with stone or gravel to slow the mud coming through.

Hi Ivaan, ill mainly be using it in the summer so im hoping with the ground being fairly hard at that time of year it will be ok. Thanks for the advice.
