wardybits
I have a 2003 1.8 K-series 140bhp Roadsport, I'm looking to replace all the ht leads and coil packs I have an EU3. Does anyone have the relevant product codes, or advice?

wardybits
Im not entirely sure if they are faulty. I developed a small misfire on the way back from a blat lat weekend. I followed a few misfire threads on Blatchat and one source could be the cables. When I had a look there seemed to be quite a lot of dusty corrosion coming out of the end of the rubber connector. They look like the originals and the car is 14 years old so suppose it would do no harm in changing them?
Member Jonathan Kay Posted November 14, 2016 Member Share Posted November 14, 2016 Won't hurt and could help. For most of us there's no easy way of testing HT kit... or HT function in situ.Jonathan
Julian H
They may well be okay if you clean all the bits / contacts up. Make sure the spark plug recesses are nice and dry and reinstall the cables and see if it reoccurs before spending any money.
