John G Wilson Posted March 14, 2020 Share Posted March 14, 2020 Hi thereI was hoping that someone could advise me on the most appropriate front and rear spring stiffness for normal road driving (not track use). My 10 year old Roadsport 140 has front springs stamped 42/06 and rear springs stamped 23/08. The ride is quite harsh over bumpy roads so just wondering if these springs are "standard" or are they more suitable for track use.John Wilson Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

He advised ref damper types and spring rates and supplied it all.
