Whats it worth - K series dry sump complete kit?

Pondering putting my car back to road spec as I no longer do track days and erring towards touring.

I have a caterham supplied external tank dry sump system and wonder what it is worth?

It would be a complete working system except the coolant submarine and bottom hose. So gold pump, pulley, sump pan, tank, engine mount, footwell end plate, pump cradle, hoses, bolts, support plates, tensioner etc. Its done about 4000 miles in total and prob 5 years old - couple of days at cadwell and 4 or 5 test days at Curborough and road miles. Oil changes every year at < 1000 miles.

This is a unique opportunity to obtain a no longer available kit. The sump pan, gold pump and easyclean tank alone are currently over £2400 from caterham.

Can be seen working on the car.

What do we think its worth? Is it worth more splitting it up?

+1 on getting it repaired. My spare K dry sump was far worse. The main thing was I had all of the fragments. The cost was around £100 for the welding and a further few quid to have it re-faced. Required quite a bit of fettling of excess weld around the repair to get it to fit, but shouldn’t be a problem with a wet sump, with more clearance on the inside.
