Hello Carsten,
Fuel pressure depends on the injectors being used. Typical for the Bosch/Pico injectors used in the Jenveys is 3.0 - 3.5 Bar depending on their optimised nozzle design and flow rate.
I recommend that you drop either Omex or Jenvey an email. Andy Cornock at Omex is really fantastic at replying to requests for advice, and as they offer your engine spec as one of their new line of pre-built engines, I'm sure he would point you in the right direction. Alternatively give Pete at Raceline a call, he is based at their new workshops, if Pete picks-up when you call great, but if he's busy you'll need to keep calling back.

The easy way to get an answer to this is to give Pete McEwan at Raceline a ring. He's very helpful and you can get hold of him at:

Pete at Raceline say's 3 bar, Andy at Omex say's 3 bar and when Richard at Omex put mine on his RR he said 3 to 3.5 if ideal.
So I rum mine at 3 bar
