Richard_W
Title says it really.I'm about to overhaul the suspension on the car so with the rear dismantled it would be a good opportunity to change the bar if anyone has one kicking about. Not to bothered about how it looks as I can tidy it up easily enough if need be.

F111C
I think your car may be too modern but you are welcome to offer it up against your car if you are local to me I live near Stansted Airport.
bahf
A simple check for an early dedion bar is whether the main hoop baseplate has a protruding boss or not. My car is an '87 dedion and doesn't have the boss - it's effectively a live axle fitment pattern including the location of the "in boot" rear fixings which are in a "live axle" position. Hope that makes sense. It caught me out when I bought a dedion cage only to discover that I actually needed a live axle cage for my '87 dedion!! Richard_W
Thanks both, that is really useful. If I can I'll take some pictures and post them. By the early 90s the cars seem to be cross overs with a mix of what is now and what was in the past. It's never easy... :)
