As part of the transition across to Loveadmin, we are changing our payment provider.

Due to this we are in the process of emailing a letter to each member who pays there membership by Direct Debit advising them of the the change.

This will be completed later today, there are a small number of members who have either out of date email addresses, or full mail box's.

The main content of the email is below.

You may have read in the June 2019 issue of Lowflying that we are introducing a new membership management system, LoveAdmin. One consequence of this is that the arrangements for the collection of direct debit payments for membership fees will change. One of the many benefits of the LoveAdmin system is that it will allow you to manage your direct debits online, rather than having to call or write to the Membership Secretary for this purpose.

We, Seven Club Limited trading as Lotus Seven Club, are changing our payment processor for Direct Debit payments to GoCardless, who will be responsible for all Direct Debit collections from this date. GoCardless Ltd is an Authorised Payment Institution and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Their privacy notice can be read at The planned date for the bulk transfer of direct debits is 9th September 2019, with the first collection date being 1st October 2019.

There is no action required from you to continue paying by Direct Debit and this change will not affect the service that you receive in any way. The payment will appear on your bank statement as ‘GC re LOTUS7CLUB’. All your payments will continue to be fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, as detailed on the following page.
