The fourth round of the L7C Speed Championship took us to Gurston Down near Salisbury in Wiltshire. Unusually this event, a round of the British Hillclimb Championship, takes place over two days with three practice runs on Saturday and one practice plus two timed runs on Sunday. Saturday was warm and dry but the forecast for Sunday was not looking so good. In the end it was dry until late afternoon when some light drizzle (or psychological rain as some competitors like to call it) affected the second timed run for most. There is a write up on the day on the Gurston Down website and the full L7C results are Gurston Down 2015.pdf.
