All members will be shortly receiving login instructions to the love admin system, which details your login email address, how to set your password and how to login.
You can access your account by clicking on the "My Account" option on the top bar of our website
If you are logging in to your account for the first time, you will need to create a password, by clicking on the "first time logging in?" link at the top of the login window.
Have a look at https://www.lotus7.club/loveadmin-access if you are unsure.
Entering the email address and entering a new password in both password box's.
The system will send you an email address validation email to activate your account and enable you to log in
Please note that in order to keep your details secure no existing passwords have been transferred in the system and your member account login is independent of your website profile.
If you have any questions or queries regarding accessing your account, please feel free to email Member Account Login Help
For all other membership assistance please contact adminteam@lotus7.club

Within LoveAdmin you can review which areas you are currently registered with and the information you share with them by clicking on the drop down at the top of your profile.
You can join any areas you wish by selecting the payment option at the top of the screen and adding any of the areas you want to your basket and checkout. However don't worry we won't charge you anything for them as they are still absolutely free. If you decide that you want to leave an area feel free to contact either the AR or the Lotus Seven Club admin team on adminteam@lotus7.club
During 2020 all events and activities which the club runs which requires payment will appear and be able to be purchased will be visible in the events section.

I'm sure that during the process we will have some login issues with some users, but don't panic there is no desperate rush, if you are struggling please drop me an email through and I'll respond with advice.
The main issues we have found with the first batch who were issued instructions were :-
Using too simple a password, yes using 1234 as a password just won't work.......
not typing the password in the same way...  as my English teacher said, capitals and punctuation does matter....
using a different email address.....  the email address in your login instructions is the email address on the system, until you have logged in you can't change it, login first and then update your details.
Trying to login as a second member, only the main account holder can log into the system.

    Best Regards

(And the guy who takes the blame if it all goes horribly wrong) (including any spelling or grammer mistakes.......)

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS WE PROBABLY DO NOT HAVE YOUR CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS, PLEASE CONTACT THE ADMIN TEAM WHO CAN UPDATE YOUR DETAILS WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU TO LOGIN.

As part of the transition across to Loveadmin, we are changing our payment provider.
Due to this we are in the process of emailing a letter to each member who pays there membership by Direct Debit advising them of the the change.
This will be completed later today, there are a small number of members who have either out of date email addresses, or full mail box's.
The main content of the email is below.
You may have read in the June 2019 issue of Lowflying that we are introducing a new membership management system, LoveAdmin. One consequence of this is that the arrangements for the collection of direct debit payments for membership fees will change. One of the many benefits of the LoveAdmin system is that it will allow you to manage your direct debits online, rather than having to call or write to the Membership Secretary for this purpose.
We, Seven Club Limited trading as Lotus Seven Club, are changing our payment processor for Direct Debit payments to GoCardless, who will be responsible for all Direct Debit collections from this date. GoCardless Ltd is an Authorised Payment Institution and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Their privacy notice can be read at https://gocardless.com/legal/privacy. The planned date for the bulk transfer of direct debits is 9th September 2019, with the first collection date being 1st October 2019.
There is no action required from you to continue paying by Direct Debit and this change will not affect the service that you receive in any way. The payment will appear on your bank statement as ‘GC re LOTUS7CLUB’. All your payments will continue to be fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, as detailed on the following page.
If you have any questions about this change, please contact the Membership Secretary, Sam Pearce, on 01873 777303 or by email at memsec@lotus7.club. You may also direct questions to the GoCardless customer service team on 020 7183 8674 or to me at the email address below.

Discounted 'Early Bird' club tickets available until 9th September 2019.  Latest news from the circuit is that Aston Martin Heritage in conjunction with Avon Tyres is organising 'a fabulous display of cars' to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the marque win at the Le Mans 24. More news of this display is now on the main page.
