50 years of the 7 Raffle

    By Guest, in Club Charities,

Target – to raise £10,000 for NtL.
Just a reminder that if you haven’t already done so, get those stubs in. To date 3,400 books have been sent out and only 160 books have been sold, so there is still a very long way to go. Come on, it only takes a minute to fill in the stubs and fill in the cheque and send them off… If you don’t enter, then you will be missing out on the chance of an original 50 years of the 7 framed painting by Brian Ramsey; a track day to the value of £150; half hood by Soft Bits for 7s and a car valet set!
The closing date is the 25th August, so time is fast running out – ensure you send your stubs and cheques soon to Leukaemia Research, Great Ormond Street, London, WC1N 3JJ
Further tickets can be obtained from Linda Bridges, 25 Drayton Wood Road, Norwich, NR6 5BY or via email at bookings@50yearsofthe7.co.uk
The winning tickets will be drawn on Saturday 15th September at the Celebration Party at the Showground in Norfolk.

This is one of the biggest competitive historic meetings in the UK in the Historic Sports Car Club’s Calendar and they wish to share our 50th celebrations with us. The event is over three days with practice on Friday and racing starts Saturday through to Sunday until 5.30pm. For tickets for Fri/Sat contact Motorsportvision at Brands Hatch.
Returning to the GP circuit for the first time in almost two years will be the FIA Historic Formula One Championship. Lotus, Williams and Brabham were all represented in the 2006 series, which went down to the very last race. As one of the world’s most competitive historic series, this is much more than just a parade!
There are also Historic Trophies to be won for touring cars and sports cars, plus the John Webb Trophy for Historic Formula Fords and the famous Derek Bell Trophy. For racing in a slightly different style, take a step back in time at Brands Hatch this summer for the Autoglym HSCC details here.
