As a result of the Coronavirus we are making a number of changes to this and other Club Trackdays for your protection, including the following;

Signing on will be via email before the event. Social distancing guidelines of two metres will apply throughout the event. A Roll Call and Drivers Briefing will be held outside unless the weather is bad in which case briefings will be held indoors for small batches of participants at a time. Passengers will not be permitted unless they live in the same household as the driver. Instructors will not be available. Please do not bring guests with you. Hire helmets will not be available. Please bring your own lunch.

If you feel unwell with any of the symptoms of coronavirus, as per the NHS website (see here) however mild, or feel you may have been exposed to the risk of infection then you should not attend the event.

We have not visited this famous and entertaining Derbyshire circuit for a full Trackday  for many years, so this is your chance... We’re offering a great value, sessions-based Club Trackday at Donnington Park which is a marvellous way to finish the season.

We will be running a Club-exclusive session through the day (a 20 minute session per hour) to provide roughly two and a half hours of track time in total.  Whilst this is a sessioned event (with all drivers from the Club taking to the track during our session) we will be limiting numbers to a maximum of  40 cars.  Given the challenge and nature of this circuit, the event is not suitable for novice or first-time circuit drivers and, ideally, you should be at intermediate or experienced level to participate.  As a result, we will not be operating our ‘Buddy System’ on this occasion but we will be providing free instruction on a first-come first-served basis throughout the day, as usual. The event is subject to a 98dB drive by noise limit.

The cost for a car and main driver – including the benefits listed above – is great value at £185; an additional driver (who must be a Club member) costs £40 and any passengers are charged at £5 each.
