As a result of the coronavirus we will continue to implement safety precautions at our trackdays for your protection including the following;

Signing on and registration will be online and via email before the event.

Briefing will be conducted online the day before the event.

Check in and checking drivers’ licences will be carried out safely on the day.

Social distancing guidelines will apply throughout the event.

Helmet hire will probably not be available.

If you book an additional driver please bring sanitiser and sanitise your car between driver changes.

We ask that you do not bring spectators to minimise the number of people at the circuit.

We will amend these precautions as the situation with the virus changes and confirm in the events final instructions that are emailed to participants.

We visited this famous and entertaining Derbyshire circuit for a full Trackday  for the first time in many years last year many years and the event sold out. We were a bit crowded last year, so we are limiting the numbers this year to just 32 cars. This is a great value, sessions-based Club Trackday at Donington Park which is a marvellous venue to finish the season at.

We will be running a Club-exclusive session through the day ( 20 minute session per hour) to provide roughly two and a half hours of track time in total. Given the challenge and nature of this circuit, the event is not suitable for novice or first-time circuit drivers and, ideally, you should be at intermediate or experienced level to participate.  As a result, we will not be operating our ‘Buddy System’ on this occasion, but we will be providing free instruction on a first-come first-served basis throughout the day, as usual. The event is subject to a 98dB drive by noise limit.

The cost for a car and main driver – including the benefits listed above – is great value at £225; an additional driver (who must be a Club member) costs £40 and any passengers are charged at £5 each.

All drivers must be members of the Lotus Seven Club.
